• Administrator – the owner and operator of the Website.
• Test – an online cognitive ability assessment provided to the User free of charge.
• Results Report – a detailed summary and interpretation of the completed test, available for a fee.

3. Rules of Website Use

1. By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The User agrees to provide accurate and truthful information while using the Website.
3. The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable laws, and generally accepted principles of good conduct.

4. Liability

1. The Administrator is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or consequences resulting from the use of the Test or the Results Report.
2. The Test and Results Report are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice or diagnosis.

5. Fees and Service Scope

1. Access to the final score and/or detailed Results Report is a paid service.
2. Access to the results of any test test has a regular price of 0.99usd for final score and 3,99usd for a Detailed Report plus VAT depending on country
3. The cost of the paid service is displayed before the User proceeds with payment. Users will not be charged without prior confirmation of payment.

6. Copyright

1. All content, materials, layout, and design of the Website are legally protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Website without prior written consent from the Administrator is strictly prohibited.

7. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Website’s operation or the purchased services can be submitted to: main@mindlabiq.com
2. The Administrator will respond to complaints within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

8. Final Provisions

1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
2. Any changes will take effect upon their publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
